The show will run for approximately 75 minutes without interval.
Doors open 30 minutes before the start of the performance unless stated differently on your ticket.
This performance has a reduced number of tickets to allow for safe distancing.
You don't need to print/show tickets. The doors will be maned by our team so simply give the name the ticket is under at the door.
Children under 2 years are considered "Babes in arms" and will not require a ticket.
Those with a disability requiring a carer to attend performances please contact us at redbookofficial@outlook.com with details. Carers will not require a ticket to attend if we are notified in advance.
Please note that some of our venues are historic buildings and as such, most are without facilities. Please dress warmly as many venues are without heating and chillier than usual around this time of year, and if you have any access requirements please contact us on redbookofficial@outlook.com
With COVID still being a present part of our lives we ask that you show tolerance and understanding towards others during these difficult times and respect each others space. Give way and keep distance where you can.
Hand sanitiser will be available for use at the entrance to all venues.
Although it is no longer legally required, we politely ask our audience to wear a face covering whilst moving around the venue, which can be removed when seated.
If possible, we also encourage our audience to take a lateral flow test before attending our show. Our performers will be testing regularly and will be wearing face coverings when not on stage to protect them and you. If you or anyone in your group have specific requirements or concerns please don’t hesitate to contact us.
If changes to government guidelines mean the event is cancelled your tickets will be refunded. If you or anyone in your group have COVID-19 symptoms or a positive test, you must not attend the show. Due to the nature of the tour we are unable to offer refunds but appreciate your help in keeping us and other members of the public safe at live performances.
Our team will be at all venues to assist audiences and help keep everyone safe so you can be confident in attending!
